Britco has grown to be Western Canada's largest and most experienced designer and manufacturer of commercial, industrial, institutional and residential structures. The buildings are produced in Britco's two manufacturing plants located in Agassiz, one hour east of Vancouver, and Pencticton, in BC's southern Interior.

The 102,000 sf facility in Agassiz manufactures commercial, industrial and institutional structures with the capacity to produce 2,000 to 3,000 sf of new buildings per shift with 18,000 sf of buildings in progress.

The Penticton plant was opened in March 2005 to meet the unprecedented demand for custom-designed workforce housing. This facility provides an additional 80,000 sf of manufacturing space.
