This building was a full turnkey project designed in collaboration with the Princeton & District Community Services Society to house seniors requiring assisted living in a comfortable and functional home environment.
The layout includes four bedrooms, each with a private ensuite, as well as common areas including a kitchen, eating area, living room, shower room and laundry facilities.
The interior features large windows to maximize natural light and custom millwork in the kitchen and washrooms. The building is fully handicap accessible with a covered outdoor ramp, handicap shower room and handicap fixtures in the washrooms.
