With seven classrooms, the interior and exterior finishes for this school annex were selected for durability and functionality as well as appearance, including built-in millwork, stainless steel lavs, sinks and water fountains, and 3' high wood wainscoting in the corridors to protect the walls.
Mechanical design incorporates extensive use of digitally controlled systems including individual room furnaces with fully modulating outside air intake and return air dampers, crawlspace furnaces and exhaust fans, and re-circulating hot water line pump.
