Special Features:
The building is a pre-construction Sales Centre that incorporates reception, a closing office, and a model room containing a scale model of the development. An exact, full-scale replica of a suite in the development is also included to help the prospective buyer get a real sense of the finished product before they buy.
The Sales Centre uses materials and finishes, inside and out, that are representative in look and feel to those of the development including two roofs, one out of the factory, and one added on-site to complement the townhouse development. A temporary "pit set" wood foundation was used to provide grade-level entry and a patio off the model suite. |
