Features:
This pre-construction sales centre incorporates a reception area, closing offices and model room with a scale model of the development’s four high-rise buildings slated for the site.

Seven factory-built modules were used to provide the overall size required. A temporary pad and block wood foundation was used for a custom entry on the sloping site and a patio off the model suite. The building is fully heated and air conditioned using a split-system and in-floor ducting.
