Designed by Britco's affiliate, Hawaii Modular Space Inc, the building combines site-built construction and modular units to create a unique example of modular building innovation with a casual Hawaiian feel.
The building has a 14' x 53' central entry, reception and conference room featuring a 14 foot high glass front, marble floors and vaulted ceilings. This site-built section is flanked by four modular units that house offices, support rooms, kitchen and washrooms. Britco designed and manufactured the modular units to connect to the site-built, post and beam centre section through the structural framing system.
